Payments & Refunds

- ▸Payments are released to tutors after successful course completion
- ▸Refund policy applies separately as stated on our refund page
- ▸Refund processing time: 11–15 working days from approval
- ▸All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
Account Suspension
Uplatz reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts immediately without prior notice for violation of these Terms & Conditions, engaging in prohibited activities, or any conduct that Uplatz determines to be harmful to other users, the platform, or its business interests.
Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately, and you may lose access to any purchased courses or content.
