Instructor-Led Online Course Refund Policy

❌ Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • No refund if student has attended more than 1 hour of class.
  • No refund if study material has been downloaded or accessed.
  • No refund if student fails to attend scheduled class without prior notice.
  • Package deals: Video course fees will be deducted if included in package.
  • Software access charges will be deducted if cancellation is requested within 1 hour of access grant.

💰 Partial & Full Refund Scenarios

  • 10% administrative charges apply if tutor is assigned and class is scheduled.
  • Full refund provided if class is not arranged within 4 weeks of booking.
  • Refund processing time: up to 10 working days from the date of approval.

⚠️ Note: All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of course enrollment. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method only.

Self-Paced / Video Course Policy

  • ❌ No refund for self-paced / video courses under any circumstances.
  • Access will be immediately revoked if course sharing, copying, downloading, or reselling is detected.
  • User account may be permanently blocked without prior notice for violation of terms.
  • All video courses come with lifetime access but are strictly for individual use only.

⚠️ Important: Video courses are non-transferable and intended for single-user access only. Sharing credentials or content will result in immediate account termination.
